Subject: Inquiry about Live Earth
Hi Maam,
I'm Guita Gopalan from the Ateneo de Manila College Glee Club and I would like to inquire about the Live Earth Concert. When and where will this event be held? What type of concert is this? Can our group - a choir - be suited for this? What type of music or what should the message of the music be?
I am trying to see if our group could be of service in furthering environmental awareness.
Sincerely,
Guita Gopalan

Hello Mr. Gopalan! Thank you for writing. Let me correct you -it"s the ONE EARTH concert. Made in the Philippines. The LIVE EARTH concerts refer to vice-president Al Gore's global concerts to combat global warming which took place last week.We are in touch with Al Gore's group and continue to coordinate with them regarding some activities on the environment.I am so glad you wrote because I was just thinking about a choral group - need one for the song ONE EARTH - that is,kung matutuloy ang binabalak naming concert. The music and message? The environment, of course.Certainly your group will be of great service if you can perform songs on the environment- preferably gawa sa 'Pinas!
Nasa planning stage pa kami. Will get in touch as soon as a decision is reached.
Take care and God Bless!
All the Best,
Coritha

Hi Miss Coritha! We're transitoryform and we would like to be apart of your benefit concerts. Can you book us up whenever you have an event specially environmental concerns. In some ways be believe our song have messages that may create an awareness. For now we would like to give you some info about our group. Together with this letter is our band profile.
"Transitoryform"
Charlie Velarde - Vocal, Rhythm guitar
Jayson Agpaua - Lead guitar
Rostum Cinco - Bass guitar, back-up vox
Paulo Odulio - Drum
Alger Guevarra - Trombone
Mike Pancipine - Trumphet
Band Profile:
Gradually scaling the heap of the current rock scene comes a band from Manila. Transitoryform, For over five years this ensemble has gone thru some transformation from its members to their musical genre. With Charlie Velarde (Vocal &Guitar) a holdover from the original quartet line-up, the band's name carries on with an additional set of eclectic repertoire. Rostum Cinco standing in for their former bassist and fronting as back- up vox, Paolo Odulio on the drum throne. Jayson Agpaua as the lead guitarist, Mike Pancipine on trumphet and lastly Alger Guevarra as the trombonist completing the line-up.
A segue to the bands artistic sensitivity reveals sundry of musical influences ranging from Reggae, ska, punk, rock to funk. This group emanates a hint of their own musical heroes both local and international. Wuds, P.O.T, Elemento, Bob Marley and the Wailers, English Beat, Tokyo Ska Paradise, Rancid, Sublime, as well as Arnold Schoenberg (Avant-Garde) are just few from a long list of Transitoryform's musical inspiration over the years. Outfitting their tune with melodic undertones, upbeat, factual and witty lyrical masterpiece with a bit of rock feel is their way of reaching into the psyche of their listeners. Leaving an indelible mark to its audience that is truly artistic in craft and that is timely. Listen to their all original songs such as "Ikot", "Bagong Syensya", "Puno Pero Kulang", "Sa Loob ng Mabahong Imburnal" are cry out to man's redundant lifestyle that seems to go in circles in search for satisfaction that is vague.
On a mission and armed with a new set of arsenal, Transitoryform will take on any challenge to spread the word of awareness with a truly artistic craft. A medium that's attest through the passing of time...

Hello Charlie!
Thank you for writing.
Just in case we do have some concerts - will suggest your band, why not.
Meanwhile, why don't you send your songs to radio stations for airing - may mga stations na tumatanggap ng mga demo. That way, you can build your audience and who knows, one day, super sikat na kayo at di na ma-reach!
Of course, I am assuming na di pa recorded ang songs ninyo.
But just in case they are recorded, padala mo ako so I can listen.
Keep visualizing what you want and you'll get it - with God's help.
Good luck!
All the best,
Coritha

Hello Ma'am Coritha,
We would like to feature more of your songs as our simple tribute to your undying music for the Filipinos.
Unfortunately, we have only a few tracks on our library. ( Oras Na, Siera Madre).
Is there any more particular song / album you would like us to promote or feature?
We will be more than happy to play and publish them for your fans around the world.
Also, we can put up a permanent link to your site, if you dont mind.
Maraming Salamat po.
